In this role, I have honed my skills in PowerShell scripting, having written over 50 scripts that streamline daily operations, including Office 365 management, CSV exports and imports, software installations, and Active Directory configurations. My proficiency extends to troubleshooting Office applications, managing backups with Veeam software, and configuring end-user devices through InTune and Apple Business Manager.I am adept at using a variety of tools and technologies, including Cisco AMP, ISE, Any-Connect, Umbrella, DUO Mobile, ProofPoint Email Protection, VSphere, VMWare, Nexpose, IBM Big Fix, Beyond Trust/Bomgar, and Citrix environments.
