Currently serving as the project manager of the Stacks - Building B, a 14 story, 384 unit apartment building in SW Washington DC. Leading a team of four project engineers while managing all of the financials of the project, the submittal/RFI process, and the overall well being and status of the project. This involves being the main point of contact with the Ownership and Design Teams while managing internal updates on the status of the financial and construction progress of the building as well.

Worked on a team of 20 to complete the construction of the new Howard County Circuit Courthouse in Columbia, Maryland which included a new 200,000 SF courthouse and a six story stand alone parking garage on a 26 acre site. Managed the completion of the twelve courtrooms of the building while also managing the door, frames, and hardware trade, millwork, rough carpentry, and oversaw the completion of the precast garage. Was also in charge of bidding, purchasing, owner approval (which involved multiple one on one meetings with the client), and installation of the entire furniture package of the courthouse.Worked temporarily in Seattle, Washington as a part of the SeaTac IAF team in order to push the job to the finish line. Provided support on scheduling, delay notifications, change orders, and general project management.Worked in the budgeting department which includes creating multiple budgets and providing preconstruction services for clients on a variety of projects from residential, athletics, office, and warehouse throughout multiple phases of the preconstruction process. Projects range from $5 million to over $300 million and the services include providing value analysis, direct subcontractor input, site visits, and multiple budget phases and options.

Working with a project team of 14 to construct a brand new Medical Surgical Pavilion for MedStar Georgetown University Hospital with over 400,000 SF of hospital space and multiple levels of underground parking. Different tasks include submitting and reviewing RFI's, submittals, and schedules while handling multiple subcontractors and trades at a time.

Second year Intern in the Transportation/ Traffic sector. Would compile cost estimates, perform calculations such as ditch calculations, flow calculations, etc., help clean up CAD and Microstation drawings, visited multiple sites as well delivered submittals, and compiled/ created test hole data sheets. Attended multiple training sessions including AutoCAD civil 3D, site evaluations, grading strategies, road design, traffic regulations in Virginia and North Carolina, and Microstation overview. Assisted inspecting guardrail along various interstates in Virginia. Attended progress report meetings, value engineering meetings, and construction update meetings.

Would take care of multiple tables at a time, taking customers' orders, serving them drinks, making sure they were doing well and had everything they needed, bringing out their food and then would cleaning up after they were done. At times would take care of 25+ people at a time, 5 or more tables and would work at any point during the week.
