My name is Cameron Steen and I am a Hockey skills and performance specialist located in the DFW metroplex. I am the founder of Steen Sports Systems. I offer training services such as skating, drill clinics, camps, and 1 on 1 private ice sessions. When working with athletes ages 12 and up, Implementing a growth mindset into the hockey culture is a central piece to my coaching philosophy. Within my coaching structure, I use an approach that encompasses strong and positive mentorship to my athletes. I aim to not only develop all athletes to be great athletes, but to shape them into an enriching member of society. On the psychological approach of my services, I strive for my athletes to apply what they have learned in game situations, to their every day, real life situations. I build growth mindsets through hockey by being goal oriented, organized, healthy and progressive.
