Dealing with all aspects of property leasing from negotiating initial lease offer and drafting lease paperwork through to managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of the owners throughout the duration of the tenancy.

I worked full time within the Property Management department. My role involved dealing with leasing files, invoices, inventories and other general administration work. I interacted with the firms clients and tenants on a daily basis and as such have developed good interpersonal skills. During my time with the firm I also gained experience in frontline leasing where I carried out property viewings and dealt with tenants applications and I have also worked alongside the firm's Property Factors - helping them deal with various issues arising as they manage the properties within their portfolios.

When first joining Run4It we are trained to carry out Gait Analysis on customers. This involves working out which type of shoe a customer will need when running based on the way their foot falls on the ground. Along with this, we were also given some in-house training which gave us advice on the best ways to deal with customers. This job involved dealing the public on a day to day business and developed the communication skills necessary for jobs of this type.
