I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and have over 20 years of engineering experience covering a wide range of project phases including front end engineering design, detailed design and follow on engineering support for fabrication, construction and commissioning. My experience includes both onshore and offshore, as well as Greenfield & Brownfield projects.Most recent positions include Piping Fabrication Engineer, whereupon I managed Procurement, Scheduling and delivery of pipe spools to site. I have also held the position of commissioning engineer and was part of a team responsible for module installation sequencing, of an offshore platform. The majority of my experience is within the piping discipline for oil and gas projects. I am well versed with using PDMS 3D design software. I am skilled in PDMS PML programming and am able to create routines to aid in consistency checking and aiding the quality and accuracy of design and deliverables. Other experience includes: software, catalogue, database administration and customization, software sales and facilitating training classes, estimating, quality control and document deliverables. I have worked in a variety of environments, onshore, offshore and overseas. My design roles have included coordination across multiple disciplines and office locations. Early in my career I spent three years, surveying and using Photogrammetry and Laser Scanning techniques.
