We are a lender that can assist throughout the process, since any problems you have, we have probably dealt with!Our rates are tailored individually to each deal, but they can range from prime + 1 with joint-venture elements to rates based on prime. We evaluate each deal individually and our rates are commensurate with the risk being asked of us from the borrower.Our terms are flexible from deal to deal but typically range from a month to 5 years.We typically lend between $200,000 to $10,000,000 but we are always interested in looking at a deal that requires more than $10,000,000 in financing.At DFI Private Lending, we provide a diverse range of loan products, including bridge or interim loans, construction loans, development loans, fix-and-flip loans, rehab/renovation loans, commercial property loans, multifamily loans, hotel loans, joint venture loans, land loans, condo-conversion loans, letters of credit, and acquisition loans.This extensive experience enables DFI to offer comprehensive support throughout the lending process, addressing any challenges borrowers may face with tried and tested solutions.

As the lead acquisition analyst at Diversified Funding, I am responsible for driving strategic investment decisions across the multifamily, hospitality, and office/retail sector. My role also goes past the acquisition phase; my marketing team is responsible for strategically marketing newly acquired assets to reach stabilization within the time-frame that was under-written, or before to bring more value to the bottom line.I work closely with the President, VP, and VP of Acquisitions and have been able to learn from over 50 years of experience in the Real Estate and lending industry.

Throughout my time as an Acquisition Intern, I worked closely with the President, VP, and VP of acquisitions daily, and participated in multiple acquisitions and stabilization periods for hospitality assets in the Northeast.

As the Office Manager and assistant project manager for Boston Jeepz I wore many hats. I made sure the office is as organized and up to date as it can be to maximize efficiency and revenue. I utilize my customer service, presentation, and graphic design skills to pitch bespoke projects to exclusive clients.

As an intern at Boston Jeepz Inc. I worked closely with the Vice President. I attended and prepared sales meetings and presentations. I contributed greatly to the daily and weekly goals of the front end office such as organization and planning. During the time I was an assistant to the VP, I learned great customer service skills dealing with clients on the phone, over email, and most importantly in person.
