I am a young, hardworking 24 year-old butcher currently in Toronto, Canada. I have held the position as one of the head butchers for the last 2 years. My job mostly consists of serving customers and filling the display counter. I am proficient in breaking, deboning, and cutting beef, veal, lamb, and pork into retail cuts, as well as chicken, turkey and rabbit. I have experience in various types of venison as well. I can also produce and fill various types of sausages.I am capable of doing stock takes, ordering and receiving large quantities of meat, spices, etc.I currently work at a butchery in Maple, Ontario.
