Responsible for the management and development of the Ford Brand in New Zealand, including effective management of consumer/dealer marketing initiatives, product/service launches, owner dialogue, consumer insights, sponsorship properties and product/pricing strategy and media relations (PR communications & government relations). I lead a team of 8 employees and am a member of the senior management team reporting to the Managing Director and includes both fixed and variable marketing budget responsibility.

In this Global role I was responsibility for the development and executing international marketing campaigns both online and offline in conjunction with some of Vodafone's selected strategic partners including Amazon, Google and Intel.

As a Partner Manager I was responsible for the development of 15 partners across the Americas, Middle East, Africa & Russia. I had direct line management responsibility for junior account managers.

Leading the development and execution of Vodafone’s Enterprise international roaming strategy at Vodafone Group’s centralised roaming hub including customer satisfaction Net Promoter Score measures.

Owning the proposition, development and management of the UK operating company’s pre-paid business including revenue and customer satisfaction (CDI & NPS) measure.

Full ownership of the Light Commercial and SUV segment, including the identification, pricing positioning, campaign development and launch of the Captiva, Holden's first SUV. I was also responsible for managing the relationship with Holden's dealers and advertising agencies and the marketing communications budget for Light Commercial & SUV segment.

End to end product management for the wide format, laser printer and fax business.
