As the CJCR Group IT SMC Operations Officer I am responsible to manage, guide, and support IT deployments and related projects for CJCR Group nationally. Working from Winnipeg I collaborate with CAF members across the country that support Regional Cadet Supports Units, Cadet Training Centers as well as Corps and Squadrons.

As a reserve force officer in the Canadian Armed Forces I am a Cadet Instructor for the Cadet Program. My main role is instructing and developing youth, I also plan and coordinate yearly training schedules and deliver the cadet program on behalf of the CAF. I have been tasked to Summer Training Centres through my time in the CAF in Cold Lake, Vernon, Gimli, and The Rocky Mountains to deliver the summer training program.

As the Information Management Officer I am responsible for direction and oversight of organziational information management, record keeping, and disposal. I advocate for unit business requirements to our organizational information technology sections. I provide recommendations and guidance to the organization on access and project approaches using tools within and operating within the digital environment.

Responsible for the regional oversight of the Army Cadet Program within the Canadian Cadet Organisation within Regional Cadet Support Unit Northwest. Area of responsibility includes Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut supporting 80 Army Cadet Corps.

Responsible for planning regional training for Cadet Instructors and regionally directed activities including expeditions for army cadet, sail training for sea cadets and tri elemental music, marksmanship, and biathlon. This includes, scheduling, resource and budget, human resources, regional implementation to meet national strategic goals. My area of responsibility includes Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territory, and Nunavut.

As the Expedition Training Officer for Regional Cadet Support Unit Northwest, I am responsible for the delivery of all expedition training for army cadets in Northwest Region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut). I coordinate training at four centres across the region that operate 24 activities in the fall and spring. I coordinate five regional activities that take place throughout the region that last 10 to 12 days. I am responsible for the expedition program development, identify staff training needs, logistics, equipment purchase and life cycling, budget proposal and management, program safety, and assessment.

As a Teacher Assistant I worked directly with learning disabled students in various levels of education and learning disabilities. I was directly responsible for their safety and well being while delivering their educational requirements. I was further responsible for their social integration through community access.
