As service coordinator I schedule our crews, keeping customers updated and grain systems running through organization and time management of different grain system problems and concerns. Making sure we get customers taken care of in a timely.

Valley View Agri opened the Farm Supply section of the parts department in which i was responsible for stocking, organizing, and over all management of all farm store operations

During this time at Valley View i focused my day solely on walk in customers and customer calls. Diagnosing what parts customers needed and ordering them when needed. This is when i got introduced into inventory management and stocking orders as well.

This was my first introduction to Grain Bin parts and how the bins got loaded and strapped down before being taken to a new construction site. Allowing me to become more familiar with all components of the grain bin before assembly.
