Oversee global projects from sales cycle through contract signature, project implementation, and transition to support & maintenance. Serve as industry expert for the Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) market in order to drive strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development.Participate in internal project meetings, as well as monthly Steering Committee and Change Control Board meetings with clients. Support project managers with difficult decisions, staffing changes, and discussions with clients.

MULTILATERAL DEVELOPMENT BANKING - Standardized process flows and documentation of 100+ business processes. Helped build out first Sopra MDB Knowledge Center in China. Successfully rolled out Sopra solution in 6 months for a new MDB in China. Project tasks were executed by the local China team with expertise and oversight from the U.S. team. Built out additional Knowledge Centers in India, Europe, and the U.S. Supported B2B Sales team in over 100 hours of demos and Proof of Concepts (in French, Spanish, and English) as a product expert.

MULTILATERAL DEVELOPMENT BANKING - Took on management role in functional, technical, and testing streams. Led team of 10 consultants and 5 developers (between U.S., France, and India) to successfully implement Sopra’s end-to-end Loan platform in 24 months. Worked with a third-party vendor to design and deliver a data warehousing solution. Prepared and ran project Steering Committee meetings (C-level participation from client and Sopra).

EQUIPMENT FINANCE - Managed implementation of a Front-to-Back-to-Accounting-to-Regulatory, loan and lease solution for a client in Spain. Led a team of 10 technical and functional consultants. Responsible for tracking progress against project planning and budget. Reported to client, joint steering committee, and Cassiopae management. Supported B2B Sales team in demos (in French, Spanish, and English) as a Back Office product expert.

EQUIPMENT FINANCE - Worked with team of 6 consultants as Business Stream Leader & Delivery Manager at a German subsidiary of Societe Generale. Joined project during a challenging integration phase and was able to mitigate predicted delays by providing client-specific training to support team in Paris and requiring test scenarios based on actual client workflows. Provided direct, daily support during User Acceptance Testing (20 end-users, 10 IT users) that allowed for a smooth Go Live 1. Ran weekly meetings with client on functional and technical topics and managed Production Support for Back Office of 50 end-users.Supported B2B Sales team in demos as a Back Office product expert.

CONSUMER FINANCE - Hired by French branch of Cassiopae and assigned to Production Support & Delivery team for S-PANKKI. Served as liaison between Finnish client and French development team, analyzing potential bugs and providing feedback to client and developer on the solution to implement. Learned to switch easily between functional and technical communication, and to match solutions with the client's "big picture" business needs.

EQUIPMENT LEASING - Joined project team during design phase of a Back Office implementation for TEREX China. Worked on-site with client to gather requirements, organize fit analysis, and write design documents for gaps identified. Led all end-user training sessions.

Selected as one of eight residential advisers. Met with my 30 counselees to problem-solve, address crises, and connect them with Yale resources. Organized events for 150 Freshman.

2010 - 2011: Elected as Training Advisor. Designed training plan, organized speakers, and ran workshops. 2007 - 2011: Taught health education in New Haven Public Schools. Selective program.
