Successfully rolled out Sopra solution in 6 months for a new MDB in China. Project tasks were executed by the local China team with expertise and oversight from the U.S. team. Built out additional Knowledge Centers in India, Europe, and the U.S. Supported B2B Sales team in over 100 hours of demos and Proof of Concepts (in French, Spanish, and English) as a product expert.

EQUIPMENT FINANCE - Worked with team of 6 consultants as Business Stream Leader & Delivery Manager at a German subsidiary of Societe Generale. Joined project during a challenging integration phase and was able to mitigate predicted delays by providing client-specific training to support team in Paris and requiring test scenarios based on actual client workflows. Provided direct, daily support during User Acceptance Testing (20 end-users, 10 IT users) that allowed for a smooth Go Live 1. Ran weekly meetings with client on functional and technical topics and managed Production Support for Back Office of 50 end-users.Supported B2B Sales team in demos as a Back Office product expert.
