Throughout my career in the US Army Reserve I have received combat medical training, EMT B license in 2012 (recertified in 2014 and 2016), basic combat training and participated in field exercises. Through all of these the Army also puts us through test and drills to help you learn how to act under stressful situations. As a squad leader I was accountable for 12 soldiers and their training while also being in charge of 50 soldiers in the barracks, involving maintenance, guard duty, and administrative paperwork.

Direct areas of responsibility included training, scheduling, price outs, merchandise, EcoSure auditing, inventory, ordering, coding invoices as well as front of house and bar maintenance and apperance. Requested to transfer to locations to drive operational improvements.Albany Hooters was awarded the 2015 Presidents Award, for #1 Franchise store, #2 overall.Manchester Hooters went from #188 to #1 in Overall Satisfaction, during my time there.

As a Guest Service Coordinator I was a part of the management team. My responsibilities in the restaurant include managing the front of house and back of house staff, opening and closing the restaurant, inventory, counting money and keeping track of the guests and their experience in our restaurant. As well as developing returning customers to our restaurant.

The promotional staff for the Connecticut Whale were in charge of running game day promotions and events. Because of prior work, from my internship with the CT Whale, I was given more responsibility especially on big nights, such as Howe Family Night.

The BMW Drive for Team USA tour was an event to promote the launch of the BMW 650i convertible and raise money for Team USA. I was responsible setting up, running, and tearing down the individual events. I was also involved with the logistics and transportation of materials and vehicles to each event. I ran events throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Tennessee.

Took part in the game day production and preparation throughout the week. Was involved in the set up and marketing of events such as the annual Tip-a-Player, Jersey Auction and Whalers Hockey Fest/Whale Bowl (outdoor hockey festival at Rentschler Field).

Coordinated the distribution/maintenance of team materials throughout Fort Wayne, WOrk with Director of Ticketing on creating events that can generate ticket sales, work with Group Sales Coordinator on securing groups for all home games and creating events at the games for these groups, work with Game Day Operations Manager to coordinate all in-game promotions and events, coordinate with General Manager of the Fort Wayne Memorial Coliseum layout for all home games and ensure that all requirements are met on game day, ensure all prop/materials are available for in-game promotions, and co-ordinate with radio/television stations regarding ticket giveaways, while also assisting in the set up and tear down of the field and field advertisements.
