In this DCE role, my main responsibilities include:-utilizing quality data metrics to detect shifts in overall vehicle dimensions-analyzing critical points on finished units and comparing closure fitments at different points throughout the manufacturing process-designing tools in CAD to assist with fitments or in-line process audits-use Root-Cause Analysis to determine appropriate shim moves to increase quality metrics in sub-assembly and main line production

I was a part of the Plant 54 manufacturing engineering team in Elizabethtown, KY. I am responsible for the everyday production of detail parts within the facility and overseeing the installation and upkeep of fiber lasers, press brakes, metal saws and a plasma cutter.

During my internship with Mubea I worked with the Process and Quality Engineering departments. I was able to experience first-hand what an engineer does on a daily basis, while also learning useful skills such as using various computer programs to collect and analyze data, identifying potential problems that may arise in an industrial environment while determining the appropriate way to approach such issues, and learning how to communicate effectively with team members.

During my time at the River House, I served as a valet. My responsibilities included parking cars in a manner that was timely and safe, retrieving the parked vehicles, and ensuring that the customer's vehicle and belongings were protected while they were away.
