Part time job during studies • Work in corporate events, developing presentation and set up of events based on customer asks, including corporate events, weddings and functions holding up to and over 1000 people, ensuring adaptability and correct preparations for multiple day functions• Majority of events require agency workers, this requires supervisory work helping manage up to 50 agency workers unfamiliar with the venue and strategy of the event, often delegated areas I have responsible for through the event

8 weeks working as a journey developer in Short-term Borrowing as part of the retail banking/ digital X sector of the group.• Participated in all parts of credit card reprice including development, implementation and live checkout post implementation – this included working on AI services for customers in delicate situation and telephony workers, implementation during low traffic times overseeing crucial updates to company website and customer offerings, live checkout post implementation ensuring AI and operations working correctly to help avoid legality issues on debt payments as well as risk assessments throughout.• Updates to company systems done through excel – work on complex excel data sets with thousands of items effecting operations throughout business, all needed correct mathematical calculation, working out financial forecasts for various APRs, balance transfers and other needs forecasts• Presentations consistent throughout to various stakeholder groups • Group work creating a project focused on customer hyper-personalisation – development of potential new business product aimed at helping students managing budgets, this included visual, risk and financial theoretical development

At home front of housework• I have worked in all areas of hospitality through this job as well as work as supervisor and helping run events such as Christmas and new years

8 weeks as a camp counsellor• Tasked with living in a cabin with teenagers for 8 weeks ensuring their constant safety and enjoyment of their summer holiday • Work at and supervision of various worksites round the camp, teaching kids of ages 6-16 various sporting and functional skills • Experience dealing with unwell and unhappy kids, action as a trustworthy figure with kids wanting time away from home – helping develop critical people capabilities of empathy and communication with different ages and backgrounds
