For the past 7 years, I have worked as a Special Education teacher in public education, most recently at Crestdale Middle School in Matthews, NC. My passion for Special Education surpassed the classroom, as I also have worked on multiple inclusion and grant writing projects with the state of Virginia, including the "I'm Determined" Project and the State Special Education Advisory Committee.I am exploring a career change and currently enrolled in the NetSuite Administration and Consult Training. I am excited about my potential in the IT space. My experience in education has given me a wide variety of transferable skills, and I am a quick learner.I currently live in the Charlotte, NC area with my wife and 2 dogs.
