I managed a group that included one call center manager, four supervisors, and 200 research interviewers. In addition to coordinating day to day workloads, I was also responsible for directing training initiatives within the group and developing E-learning content to support employees in their roles. After presenting a business case to acquire Articulate Storyline 2, I developed several training modules which resulted in increased performance and learner satisfaction among employees. I was also able to improve our supervisor onboarding training by using a micro-learning approach, which resulted in a 50% reduction in required training time. I regularly used performance metrics to identify strategies to improve project and employee performance. These strategies resulted in consistently delivering results that were on average 10-15% above expectations. Through thorough data analysis, I proposed a project scheduling strategy that resulted in a 20% increase in productivity.
