Manage Customer experience from the point of sale through receipt of their electric bike fully assembled. -Source, Contract and Compensate local bicycle shops for the remote assembly of 450+ bikes yearly on the customer's behalf across the US. -Provide technical support to shops throughout the entire assembly process in the form of information, SOP’s, or parts in the event of shipping damage. -Troubleshoot issues on bikes using diagnostic software and replace battery and controller assemblies. -Performed Teardown and QC of frame assemblies prior to shipping of units. -Develop and implement SOP materials for assembly support and customer installation of parts and accessories.-Provide technical support for customers on tune ups, part replacement, and accessory compatibility post sale. -Manage relationships with a growing list of 300+ bike shops across the US for assembly and service support of our products. -Organize the doorstep delivery of bikes in California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona utilizing Delivery partners.-Educate new and existing customers on the features, best practices and maintenance of their Electric Bikes. -Provide solutions to product issues or pre diagnose and escalate warranty issues to the service department. -Source and connect customers with local bicycle shops for maintenance and service. -Facilitate customer demo rides and collect information to hand off to the sales team for followup. -Coordinate and hand off Will Call orders. -Manage customer complaints from small issues through processing RMA and organizing the packing of shipping of return products. -Collaborate with the production team to streamline the production queue based on customer timelines and priorities.

-Lead and work alongside a team of 15+ technicians and sales staff to deliver top quality customer experiences in the customization, protection, design, or branding of their personal and commercial vehicles. -Organize the workflow of 10+ weekly projects, and coordinate timeframes between multiple departments to ensure deadlines are met. Communicate with customers & sales staff to insure transparency of work being performed. -Coordinate and execute large scale branding and fleet maintenance projects in multi year contracts with large corporations to maintain a consistent brand image for them on the road E.g. Cruise LLC-Consult with clients on large multifaceted vehicle builds ranging from performance modifications, electrical installs, aesthetic modifications, and design options. Research products & processes based on their needs, and provide recommendations based on their budget and intended use cases for their vehicles.-Execute the installation of complex aftermarket accessories and modifications requiring fabrication, materials knowledge, and attention to detail. E.g. Train horns, LED underglow, digital license plates, Roof racks & light bars, Carbonfiber body kits, Ecu tunes, and bolt on engine performance parts. Experienced in vehicle R&I on both interior and exterior parts. -Developed parts storage processes to eliminate both loss and damage of parts in storage.-Work closely with graphic designers on the operation and troubleshooting on large format vinyl printer (hp latex365), vinyl laminator, and plotter for producing decals and large format prints. Working knowledge of graphical design programs E.g. Adobe Illustrator -Develop time & material estimates, recommend special use vinyl products and processes for specialty projects requiring printing, decaling, laminating, and hybrid approaches to complex design challenges. -Conduct training and process development with new hires in the installation, uses, and quality control aspects of vinyl wrapping.
