Upon my graduation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2021, I joined Otis Elevator in their Digital Technology Rising Leaders Program (RLP). This 2-year program is designed in 3, 8-month rotations where you join different teams to learn and gain key experiences while being exposed to C-Level executives.I have held various project management roles throughout this program where I have had an incredible opportunity to learn from multiple teams. My interest in project management stems from my business background and curiosity of the rapidly advancing use of technology in our world. Additionally, with a background in collegiate athletics, I truly enjoy working within teams while understanding the best innovations come from many different voices. My goal is to continue my career path within project management where I can be the bridge of both the business and technology fields to aid in the success of the company.
