I have also been a successful leader at companies in different industries.I am passionate about the people part of business and I have been successful numerous times building teams and growing leaders to meet the business demands and goals. Developing frontline leaders is one of the most critical challenges for any business and I have been successful doing this in numerous situations. I have demonstrated the ability to identify top talent and develop that talent to achieve the business goals. The leadership roles I have held have often been new roles, or ones I stepped into to lead the transformation of a department or team, even at the corporate level. Organizational change and process improvement are critical factors for any successful business. Change will happen and the ability to manage the change effectively is critical. I have been successful leading change because I take an active leadership role in the planning, communication and the execution of the change. In my leadership roles I have also demonstrated the ability to identify business opportunities and present the case for change to all levels of an organization, from frontline warehouse employees to the board of directors for a Fortune 500 company.
