DSA Media is Western Canada's largest independent media group. We are experts in media planning and buying for clients across Canada. - Joined DSA Media as a "digital coordinator," in which my role involved working on digital reporting, search engine management, and digital buying (primarily in the programmatic space). - Transitioned over to the account management and traditional media side; focused on leading client communications, campaign management, and media buying. These clients include government, crown corporations, financial management, and private enterprise. - Led several research projects on target audiences or demographics and presented to various clients. - Aided in streamlining processes and deadline management through the creation of shared status documents, client specific reporting, and presentation templates. Also aided in creating templates, formatting, and proofing successful RFP's for various clients. - Pursued and strengthened relationships with both media partners and clients, leading to streamlined partnerships, effective communication, and significant investment client side.

- Helped grow Driving Force into one of the largest vehicle fleets in BC; from 150 units to over 700 units. These vehicles serviced the film industry, seasonal construction and maintenance crews, tourists, and various other clientele. - Created and maintained various professional relationships with various clients. These would be return customers for several years with varying budgets and specific demands. Managed client expectations and delivered customized fleets, allowing them to complete their various projects with the right vehicles. - Was selected as an internal auditor for Driving Force on a 3 year term. This involved being familiar with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) compliance and ensuring the company across all locations followed standard protocol. We would travel to our various locations in Western Canada to conduct interviews and on-site inspections. These reports would then be compiled as a report to corporate management to implement changes or updates to various programs.

-Primary tasks included visual merchandising, organizing/refreshing stock, and store wide customer service. I was also responsible for after-hours stocking of product and use of industrial bailers to recycle cardboard and plastic.

- Extensive training and use of Microsoft Excel to create organized reports and projections based on market, demographics, and viewer-ship. Also created and updated audience ranker reports, using programs like Micro TV and other BBM utilities.
