Record Label Manager for one of the music industry's leading vinyl focused soundtrack label + licensee. This multi-faceted position sees me overseeing the following key functions:- Fostering and maintaining relationships with major and independent record labels, film studios and independent licensors - Managing Mondo's extensive back catalog of over 500 releases and helping to identify re-releases based on consumer demand, licensor request, IP anniversaries and other key activations- Managing and curating Mondo's distributed titles program which highlights roughly 150 yearly releases from external record labels, for weekly "distro drops". These releases are oftentimes offered on exclusive colorways, only available on Mondo's webstore.- Representing the music department and Mondo brand at various industry events, conventions and trade shows.

Production Manager of Mondo's music/vinyl records department. This position sees me managing all aspects of vinyl, cassette and CD manufacturing for approximately 60 new release and represses projects per year. Oftentimes, these projects are heavily focused on deluxe/bespoke packaging and speciality vinyl colors and effects.
