Project Management Professional (PMP) with a technical background and a focus in results-oriented program & project management, primarily within technical & engineering support. In my 14 years of experience in project management, data management, and advanced technology, I understand how to build teams that drive results no matter what the task or challenge. I currently hold a Top Secret Clearance issued by DOD in February 2019.Since 2008, I have been involved in various types of project and program work, ranging from advanced technology demonstrations with the Department of Homeland Security CWMD, desktop/mobile web development and identity mangement projects with Arvest Bank, and supply chain modernization efforts with J.B. Hunt. During those assignments, I was primarily responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of innovative applications and technology solutions throughout the entire life cycle, beginning at initiation and planning through evaluation, implementation, and adoption. I bring a strong sense of leadership, collaboration, and commitment to achieve desired results and measurable value. I have had the privilege of serving as a team lead and manager for contractor staff under DHS CWMD R&D for the past 2 years. I understand the importance of pushing for excellence throughout the team, and that to get there, it starts with me.My interests include watching OU Sooner and Indianapolis Colts football, Cubs baseball, getting outdoors to barbeque, road cycling, hiking/trail running, or hitting the gun range. I love spending time doing these activities with my wife Krista, son Kanin, daughter Isla, and two dogs, Jack and Coco.
