Douugh is an ASX listed FinTech which initially offered a Banking and Investing App in the USA, before expanding globally to Australia.- Developed an incentive scheme that drove a 100% increase in transactional activity and a 90-100% increase in RPU from targeted users.- Led the delivery of Douugh's Australian investing app which achieved a 4.4 star rating in the app store- Delivered a number of features including Douugh's RoboAdvice investing platform, Stripe integration for instant funding of a bank account via a Debit Card, Push Provisioning to Mobile Wallets (Apple/Google Pay), Virtual Cards, Fraud Prevention.- Developed operational processes for Production Support & Incident Management.- Developed Financial Models for various M&A and Partnership opportunities.- Temporarily ran Fraud Management function including conducting transaction monitoring, reviewing KYC checks and filing AML reports with regulated partner bank.

- Managed deployment and release of upgraded eKYC platform.- Gathered requirements & scrum managed team including UI/UX Designer, App Developers (Android & iOS) and Platform Engineers to deliver a new Biometric Liveliness Verification solution to reduce KYC / AML Risks.- Defined and commenced implementation of new Ways of Working / Target Operating Model to improve speed to Production.

Big 4 Bank – Big Data Platform Security uplift• Change and Release Manager for implementation of Big Data Security component (Cloudera Sentry) onto a mission critical, petabyte scale Hadoop Cluster with minimal user impact & no production incidents resulting from the change.• Implemented changes to Ways of Working across Data Office, Data Science, Data Engineer and Technical BA competencies to embed secure Ways of Working with data into standards.• Business Engagement Lead / Project Manager for Digital Workplace Transformation. Insurance Client – Global Data and Analytics Platform• Responsible for business engagement and enablement with hundreds of Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Tech BAs spread across 38 countries for a new Azure Cloud based Data & Analytics Platform.• Wrote and executed Training, User Acceptance Testing & supported Analysts in execution of pilot projects.• Conducted showcases to non-technical C-Level executives to articulate the value of Analytics Platforms.• Assisted client with creation of backlog of requested enhancements and advised on roadmap of future releases increasing platform adoption with diverse stakeholder groups.

Helping clients leverage the new era of computing...Cognitive Systems, by exploring new business models that will transform organisations and create new industries.Identified opportunity for application of an AI Virtual Assistant to home loan application processing. Solutioned & sold Australia’s first artificial intelligent virtual assistant for home loan applications at UBank. The solution is forecast to deliver a $60m/month increase in UBank’s loan book.

Wealth Management Client – NLP for Advice Compliance Review• Advised on application and approach for applying Advanced Analytics and Natural Language Processing to automation of Advice Compliance reviews. The solution analysed Statements of Advice to detect Key Risk Indicators of non-compliance.• User Experience stream lead to assist client with extracting business value from complex analytical models.

- Served as Business Analyst for Advice Transformation program, leveraging best practices in Advice from Japanese Life Insurance market. -Led a team of financial modellers in creation of a complex financial model for an Australian Big 4 Bank’s Wealth Advice Transformation program.-Developed current state assessment, target state definition, gap analysis and roadmap development across various financial services programs of work.-Managed small to medium projects including acting as the interim PM on a major bank’s Watson project. As part of this role, collaborated with USA based IBM Watson delivery teams to create a solution endorsed by client’s CEO for production.-Managed bid teams for various RFI and RFP responses for major banking and insurance clients.
