Family foundation supporting children and young adults by fostering their communities, developmental growth, and entrepreneurial skills.•Collaborates with Executive Director and Board in all aspects of the Cline Family Foundation (CFF) leadership, grant making and program areas. •Designs and implements CFF’s annual operational plans •Advises on funding opportunities for a three-million-dollar yearly budget •Develops and sustains long-term relationships with current and new donor advised fund holders to maximize their philanthropic participation with CFF and encourage increased charitable giving to enhance the impact of CFF grant making in the community. •Conducts research on issues of programmatic interest and potential funding opportunities.•Represents CFF at nonprofit and community events.•Manages CFF scholarship program of twelve active undergraduate recipients, the selection process of three incoming recipients per year and the distribution of annually allotted one hundred thousand dollars in student funding.
