Current- Member of Alpha Gamma Delta's Executive Council- Created and executed two philanthropy events over the course of my term, raising over $28,000 for the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation - Implemented advertising and event planning strategies to host over 1,000 guests between two events - Coordinated with multiple vendors to provide services during philanthropy events and executed contracts - Managed an online ticketing system via Crowd Change to fundraise - Awarded as a chapter finalist for the University of Georgia Greek Life Outstanding Philanthropy Award - Served as the head liaison between the chapter and service organizations around Athens, coordinating monthly service events for over 300 members - Planned service events with local organizations, including Athens Meals on Wheels, Athens Area Humane Society, Bigger Vision Homeless Shelter, and Bettye Henderson Holston Elementary School - Educated the chapter on our chapter’s national philanthropy of fighting food insecurity through chapter programming - Ensured chapter members aligned with the University of Georgia Panhellenic service hour requirements and maintained accurate reports - Managed a team of three philanthropy directors
