- Managed the Capital Markets and Client Services business for Northern Trust in Hong Kong from January 2017 until February 2021- Following the acquistion by Northern Trust (NT) of Aviate Global in May 2016, I relocated from London to Hong Kong to manage the brokergae office. The business strategy focussed into building an outsourced trading business as part of a broader Capital Markets product offering.- My role included working with the various stakeholders (Global Fund Services, Hedge Fund Services, Institution Investor Groups and Custody Services) in the region inculding NT's Singapore branch. The mission to help drive our new Capital Markets product offering. These products included; Outsourced Execution, Securities Financing, FX Services and Transition Management (TM).

Establishing a convertible and equity derivative brokerage business at Aviate Global in London

- I headed up the convertible sales desk responsible for all sales and distribution of convertible product into Asia/Europe/US- I worked in partnership with the capital markets team pricing new mandates and working on winning new transaction for the business.- Benchmark deals included ; US$500m Shui On Land/ US$1bn Hon Hai and US$800m AU Optronics- Member of the "heads of team" management committee

- Built a convertible bond sales and research platform- Products included; Convertible bonds, cash equities, listed options and research- As a member of the management team I was involved in formulating business strategy and planning

- Established a boutique advisory and brokerage business based in St James London- Introduced an number of investment opportunities to a mostly hedge fund client base- Acted/advised a number of companies to capital raising in convertible bonds in the Indian market- Worked on a number of renewable projects helping to raise funds for both wind and solar projects.- Help to find investors for a number of real estate assets including a global portfolio of hotels

- Head of hedge fund sales for equity linked in London- Lead manager for a number of high profile transactions including rights issue for Mitsubishi Motors- Worked in multiple locations including New York, London and Hong Kong

- Head of European/Asian convertible sales- Managing a team of 8 sales professionals- Worked with equity linked capital markets team on US$2.5 billion Hutch/Vodafone convertible

- Sales for Europe and Asia convertibles- Moved to New York to manage the international convertible sales desk - Responsible for all international convertible distribution into North America
