• Primarily responsibility is to support each season’s programming spanning performance, education, and engagement to advance the mission of the theater and serve as Head of Educational programming.
• This includes leading camps and classes, producing the annual Young Southern Writers Program, serving as an assistant to the Artistic Director and Associate AD.
• Supporting new works and commissions as directed by AD.
• Staying abreast of local and regional talent that would serve ASF’s production goals.
• Collaborating with the Development and Marketing Departments by contributing Artistic content for both long term strategy and day-to-day actions surrounding grants and other fundraising efforts, as well as marketing.
• Representing ASF at public events, fundraising/marketing functions, board meetings, additional community events, etc.

Responsible for designing Summer Camp and ASF Academy framework, including curriculum, instruction, providing training relevant to needs of the community, hiring staff, supervising daily logistics, drafting income projections and budget.
