I co-host the Translating ADHD Podcast and teach our series of ADHD group coaching offerings with one purpose in mind - to ease the challenge of living with ADHD and to help people realize their biggest goals and dreams.I am a thought leader and author on positive accountability. I am never satisfied with prescriptive solutions especially when it comes to ADHD management. Currently I am incorporating Positive Intelligence concepts into the work I do with my clients and students. Emotions are not just to be managed.
