I’m a Hybrid Product Manager/Owner leading efforts for higher education products. I lead multi-scope efforts where I define user and business requirements, create user journeys and user stories, identify scope and timelines, and align with business goals and values. Prior to being a Product Manager/Owner, I was a lead product designer for clients in healthcare, higher education, financial, and manufacturing. I worked closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, and development teams to deliver software products that provide an improved workflow and process, intuitive design and functionality, and a human-centered user experience.
