I also optimized the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process, enhancing efficiency by refining the firm’s standard language. Collaborating with the ERC Support team, I developed a streamlined impact calculation procedure for foreign exchange Error Resolution Counsel (ERC) events. Through networking with over 50 professionals across various teams, I gained a deep understanding of asset management operations. I attended daily meetings with analysts and portfolio managers, building expertise in high-yield, leveraged loan, and investment-grade fixed income markets. Shadowing fixed-income traders gave me hands-on experience with trading strategies, risk management, and execution processes. These experiences provided me with a strong foundation in risk management, market knowledge, and asset management operations.

In this role, I worked with co-workers to manage real estate projects, produce real estate site analysis, and monitor market trends.
