After a number of years he was recruited to Jones Lang LaSalle where he further excelled in his field. Initially, Cameron established himself in Melbourne’s western industrial precinct as a specialist within the unit development market and small industrial land sales. After 12 years Cameron has elevated to the larger product conducting larger scale englobo land sales and larger scale sales & leasing transactions for multiple clients. He joined Industry Property Group in early 2021 and has impressed with his passion and enthusiastic approach to the team environment. The dynamic, creative and energetic approach rubbed off on Andrew and Stuart and they recently offered Cameron a share in the business which Cameron gladly accepted.Cameron listed and sold over $500m worth of property last year at Industry Property Group and is looking likely to sell the same amount in 2024. Outside of his professional career, Cameron enjoys spending the weekends with his children and working on his farm where he lives in Tallarook, Victoria. He is keen to breed cattle and has recently taken up horse riding. Cameron’s disciplined and competitive nature comes from his football career where he had a short stint on the Melbourne Demons playing list. Selling advertising for Channel Ten was a great introduction into the world of sales. Here I managed existing clients and canvassed new clients. Cold calls were done on a daily basis which was tough initially but something I ended up thoroughly enjoying. This discipline has carried on into my real estate career.

I was drafted to the Melbourne Football Club from Xavier College. I was a listed player for 3 years where I played 2 games for Melbourne. This was a fantastic experience and something I will never forget. Playing football at an elite level requires discipline and commitment which I'd like to think I have carried on into my working career.
