I lead a study that involved an informatics-based approach to evaluating mitochondrial homeostasis in an ALS mouse model. We used the SOD1 G93A mouse model, and a meta-analysis of all available data on calcium, mitochondrial respiration, and oxidative regulation was performed and analyzed for trends.
