- I recruited, trained and managed internal team over 35 people across multiple locations across brand, strategy, analytics, social, CRM, creative and production serving 30+ B2B and B2C business units and field teams for a billion dollar company.- Reporting directly to the CMO, I launched the company's first direct to consumer venture, a technology-driven full service real estate brokerage.- To meet aggressive financial goals, I rapidly scaled a performance focused multi-media content capability.

- I expanded my experience and became a fully integrated marketing leader, working with one of the coolest brands in the world, Dunkin'.- During that time, I won a Clio and AdWeek Media Plan of the Year award for a digital content program where we re-created Monday Night Football plays using coffee cups, donuts and other Dunkin' products. - I had the privilege of working hand in hand with a legendary Chief Marketing Officer.

- I learned all about digital experience design and marketing from the people who were inventing it. - Then, I put those skills to work leading global marketing efforts for some of the biggest brands in the world including Procter & Gamble, General Motors and Bank of America.- Along the way, I helped build one of the industry's first always on social content capabilities to help brands increase their relevance and shift toward using owned and earned assets to optimize paid media and CRM.
