Design and facilitate workshops on resume development, job search, interviewing, and professionalism strategies. Analyze data to monitor value and alignment with student career development needs in compliance with district and state regulations. Lead initiatives that integrate career services across departments, creating cohesive support systems for students from diverse backgrounds to provide tailored resources for underserved populations, including undocumented students and Dreamers.
