Once the plating baths met the desired specifications, customer parts were electroplated and coated to desired specifications (i.e., durability, anti-corrosion, and colour) with a 95% success rate, minimizing defects.- Inspected coating quality using X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and ran accelerated corrosion tests, using a Neutral Salt Spray Testing (NSST) to study the qualitative effectiveness of the plating finishes and ensure coatings met industry standards.- Managed and organized the wastewater treatment system, through routine checks to prevent near misses or workplace accidents from occurring.
