In 2014, Cameron's first book, The Who's Who of Doctor Who, was published by Race Point Publishing worldwide and sold out its first print run within a matter months. A reprint was quickly issued.2015 saw his second title, Doctor Who: The Big Book of Lists, hit book shelves around the world.Cameron was approached by Race Point Publishing to write both of these books and also promotes these titles at various conventions, events and signings.

Cameron K McEwan runs the Doctor Who site and its Twitter feed (with over 52,000 followers). This includes editing, sourcing sources stories, writing articles, dealing with various companies involved in Doctor Who products, and producing podcasts and videos amongst many other tasks.

Cameron regularly contributed and pitched articles, features, interviews and reviews for the website Den of Geek.

Cameron produced and directed a feature length documentary called, "Who's Changing - An Adventure in Time With Fans". I was also involved in the design and editing of the film and its final product. It was released worldwide on DVD in January 2014 and has been screened at various film festivals including The Boston Sci-Fi Film Festival, Sci-Fi London 2014, the North American Science Fiction Convention, DetCon 1 and the Los Angeles Fear + Fantasy Film Festival 2014.
