Beer Pong Golf started from an idea one of my friends had and turned into something bigger than we ever imagined. I was one of six people to work on the very first product and create a marketing video. From there it continued to grow with over 125 million views within 6 months. I oversaw inventory, warehouse shipping and receiving and media strategies. I supervised a warehouse team to ensure inventory checks and proper order fulfillment. We maintained 100% fulfillment at an average of 150 orders per day. Working for Beer Pong Golf early on taught me the importance of strategic planning. We were not expecting to grow as exponentially as it did so we had to be vigilant in moving to a warehouse and outsourcing the correct number of materials to match the demand. At a young age I was exposed to an eye opening real life business experience. There were only a few of us in charge of ensuring the quality, number and shipping efficiency of these products. This taught me hard work ethic and strategic planning. I could not have asked for a better experience to introduce me to the entrepreneurial world.
