About Cameron Laufman

I create, develop and deliver high energetic recreation programs for diverse age groups and abilities. I lead and facilitate programming for youth and senior populations in specialized fitness classes and partner with community stakeholders. I am experienced with adapting and modifying programs for able-bodied individuals and for persons with disabilities to promote inclusivity within program. I enjoy promoting the healthy development of children and youth. I currently hold my High Five- Healthy Child and Youth and High Five Principle of Healthy Aging certifications. The City of Burlington recently was successful in receipt of High Five Accreditation and I was selected as a volunteer to be interviewed in the process. I am an advocate for accessible and inclusion based programs for children and older adults. My areas of expertise include:Creating inclusive environments, physical fitness, promotion of healthy living.
