As an MSL I support our organization and interface with KOLs in order to promote circulating tumor cell testing and to educate practitioners. Additionally, my role also entails managing relationships with collaborating research groups, attending meetings in order to stay current on clinical research and trials, and other organizational support.

As an SAL, I'm responsible for customer-facing presentations and meetings describing MSB's technology for CTC detection and analysis as well as single-cell isolation. I am also cross functional with the FAS team, providing pre- and post-sales support and instrument assistance coupled with assay design consultation for our customers on the cutting edge of cancer research.

In order to put my desire to continue to consult scientists as well as pursue an outgoing, customer-facing role, I joined Cell Signaling Technology's Sales team as an Account Manager for the Midwestern region. I currently serve as the Accounts Manager for CST's Midwest Territory, serving 5 states.In my position I'm responsible for cultivating and maintaining a relationship with customers as the point contact. I ensure that researchers are educated on solutions we offer for their workflow, plan, manage and execute our presence at conferences and vendors shows in the region, and consult researchers on how to obtain the best results using our materials.

I spent a summer in the lab of Dr. Ed Walker as a summer researcher. My project involved investigation of tree-hole microbial populations in wooded habitats in the surrounds of MSU. I analyzed ergosterol content of leaf punches via HPLC, and investigated water samples by PCR.
