About Cameron Scott

As a Senior Business Consultant and an Advisory Board Member at Locatrix, I leverage my extensive experience and expertise in real estate outsourcing and operations to help clients achieve their strategic goals and optimize their workplace performance. Locatrix is a leading provider of digital solutions for facility management, workplace experience, and building safety.Previously, I was the Global Head of Workplace Management Operations at JLL, a Fortune 500 real estate and financial service firm, where I managed the P&L and overall operations for a team of ~10,000 employees serving clients across 16 countries in APAC. I developed and executed innovative business models and strategies that improved the productivity and efficiency of both JLL's and our clients' operations. I also supported the development and career growth of my team members and served as a member of the Global Integrated Facilities Management Specialty Board at JLL. With over 35 years of experience in the corporate real estate and facilities management outsourcing sector, I have successfully led and delivered complex and large-scale projects in various markets, including Hong Kong, China, and Australia. I have a strong background in integrated facilities management, real estate operations, change management, and engineering and energy sustainability. I hold a BEng in Electrical Engineering, a BSc in Physics, and an MBA in Management from the University of New South Wales. I also received the James Hardie Scholarship for my MBA studies. I am passionate about helping non-profit organizations with their real estate and facility management needs and challenges.
