As well as creating a regulatory environment that is consistent, pragmatic and supportive; this includes responsibility for the delivery of responsive, courteous and high quality services to the Ship Registry’s clients and stakeholders.I have overall responsibility for performance management, the achievement of operational objectives and targets, delivery of services, financial management, and the training and development of staff.
