My Role as a Placement Advisor is to work with Healthcare Systems big and small that will take our Learners for Placement & Medical Externs. Our goal is to have drive higher retention and bring highly skilled eligible candidates to the doors of the Healthcare providers. We train for a multitude of certifications. I primarily focus on placing externs for; -Medical Assistants-Pharmacy Technicians-HemoDialysis Technicians -Patient Care Technicians-Dental AssistantsCareerStep provides online healthcare training for people who are training for their first jobs in the field, working to improve in their current role, or need additional training to advance their careers. CareerStep programs are user-friendly, online, and asynchronous, so learners can quickly gain the knowledge they need to start improving peoples lives (beginning with their own).

Help them to learn our system and provide them with strategies that have been successful for me.
