A highly experienced Senior Technology Leader managing teams to deliver technical solutions for business across multiple industries. Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including CTO for a Technology Start-Up in a joint venture with NAB & Telstra. I have extensive knowledge in software delivery, vendor management, tech budgets, and stakeholder management.Roles have included the Head of Engineering & Automation at Tabcorp successfully building a team which was able to accelerate software development and promoting automation and efficiency gains. I played a crucial role in delivering the product roadmap, including engineering uplift and improved reliability to maximize customer revenue and productivity. I also established a Robotic Process Automation capability, resulting in significant time savings, and launched a new TAB mobile application that reversed the decline in digital market share.During the pandemic I worked with the Victorian Government Department of Jobs Precincts & Regions to deliver the grants for both Business and citizens. This was an essential service for Victoria to support those most impacted by the disruption during the pandemic. My role was as the Director of Digital Transformation, leading a team delivering a product roadmap and strategic technology vision, enabling planned business growth and improved system performance. My experience is centred around the successful management of software development teams delivering software for front-end, middleware and back-end applications.
