As a Counsel in the Investment Management Group at Skadden, Cameron represents public and private funds, business development companies, fund sponsors, investment advisers, broker-dealers, investment banks and other financial institutions in connection with the design and formation of investment funds and products, securities offerings, regulatory and compliance matters, U.S. and cross-border transactions and other corporate matters. Cameron has an active pro bono practice, is a Chair of the Summer Committee, a member of the Diversity Committee and a Steering Committee member of the Firm’s Black Lawyers for Diversity affinity network. He also has extensive experience in non-profit organization fundraising, event planning, and strategy.
