-Directed and mentored a team of 100+ personnel in a high stakes SOCenvironment, consistently delivering customerfocused outcomes througheffective prioritization and service delivery. -Managed critical customerrelationships,resolving high-priority incidents and driving operational excellenceacross the Air Force Cyber. -Lead tactical planning for 9 combat mission teams andcoordinated over 60 non-kinetic fires.-Orchestrated mission planning to provide access and ready the Air Force’s 750million dollar cyber attack platform supporting 6 geographic combatantcommanders.-Directed extension, employment,reconfiguration, adaptation and creation ofportions of cyberspace to assure mission success for combatant commanders. Thisincludes both deliberate and crisis action scenarios.

-Operated cyberspace weapons systems and commands crews to accomplishcyberspace training, and other missions.-Supervised mission planning, preparation and crew briefing/debriefing. Ensuresequipment and crew are mission ready prior to execution.-Conducted and supervises training of crew members,ensuring operationalreadiness of crew by conducting or supervising mission specific training.-Developed plans and policies, monitors operations, and advises commanders.Assists commanders and performs staff functions related to cyberspaceoperations.
