Mint is a product development agency based in London and New York. In addition to work for clients such as Channel 4, Tesco, and Vitals, we build and launch our own ventures. Three of these ventures (Picklive, Stickygram, and Boomf), have been spun out of the firm. We apply what we learn by venturing in assisting our clients, and vice versa.

Responsible for all aspects of Mint's technology offering. Grew the development and QA teams from 1 person to 22 people over four years. Also responsible for all IT infrastructure for the two offices, hosting, negotiating contracts, sales, and recruiting.

Part of a small team that was responsible for the devlopement and delivery of the RealPlayer. Specific areas of responsibility included the GUI Framework, Preference Management, Browser integration, Performance, and custom deliverables.Also developed (on a team of 3 developers) a new GUI Framework based around a cross-platform implementation of COM.

Developer on the Microsoft Access team as we shipped versions 1.1, 2.0, 95, and 97. Also worked on Access 2000 before leaving MSFT.
