Typically, those roles consist of handling inbound and outbound phone interactions. Currently, I am engaging with self-taught resources that will allow me to pursue a career in IT. I am looking to get my first entry level position as a help-desk agent to gain experience in working with systems that will allow me to continue to learn. Then I would like to pursue a system admin position and see if any skills peak my interest further.
