I have over 25 years of structured reinsurance experience, having worked out of South Africa, London and Zurich, and lead a virtual team of 25 structurers where we provide solution development, structured expertise and execution capabilities across the EMEA region. Our product specialities include retrospective solutions (LPT, ADC, economic & legal finality), prospective reinsurance, capital management, M&A and financing solutions. We have always put our clients' needs centre stage and worked hard to support their capital optimisation, risk transfer & financing needs and this focus has led to our successful growth trajectory and we have grown our transactional business to record highs in 2023.

In June 2023 we took on the Pacific and rowed into the record books by completing the 2,800 mile journey from California to Hawaii in 34days 8hrs 12min and helped raise nearly GBP 100k of much needed funds for Mental Health.
