Manager Of Customer Services & Business Development
Current- Serve as primary contact for a major industrial data center customer, assisting with contract negotiations, carbon-free energy goals, rate design, and project management
- Proactively manage the company's relationships with retail and wholesale customers by serving as the main point of contact for electric service
- Work collaboratively to identify, negotiate, and execute customer contracts to support the growth of all GRDA electric customers
- Routinely work with operations, engineering, and finance stakeholders to coordinate new electric service
- Educate customers on GRDA’s various rate schedules/service levels and how usage behaviors impact their rates and the electric grid
- Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction in the delivery of electric service and account maintenance by responding to customer inquiries, including, but not limited to, technical, billing, carbon-free.
