I started in Flight Centre Retail and discovered my passion for travel. Operating out of the Galleria on Little Collins Street I grew my client base from my first customer, to over 1500 in a 12 month period. Employees from financial institutions, banks, universities, small business owners, wholesalers and various service industries came to me for travel advice and assistance, and this was recognised by Flight Centre by finishing #2 Top retail novice in the city area in my first year. I moved into Group and Corporate travel to learn more and achieved #1 Groups Corporate Novice in 2013.My highlight was achieving #10 in sales for Flight Centre Retail Worldwide that lasted just one month, but something that I am proud to have done.These experiences taught me to become a:-- Complex Routing and Business Class Airfare Expert- Meetings / Events and Conference Planner facilitating group travel (of up to 250 people)- Business Class + First Class Product Specialist- Corporate (C.E.O. / Directors) Team Getaway Planner- An Expert in hotel and group airfare negotiation.Some trips that I was invited to included the prestigious Global Ball for high achievers in both Singapore and Cancun. Shangri-La Hotels and Sabah Tourism flew me around Malaysia and Borneo, and I experienced some of the best accommodation resorts in the world and saw unique Island paradises.
